First of all, let me tell you that I am a margarita snob. I don’t like artificially flavored or sweetened anything and I would rather not drink than have to have cheap tequila #basicbitchproblems I’ve gotten pretty good at crafting together a marg but recently I have found the perfect summertime (or anytime haha) margarita. Ready for the best peach margarita recipe? Well hopefully you feel like it’s the best 😉 I am definitely a fan.

Ingredients:

3 Ripe Peaches

Juice from 4 Limes

1 La Croix of choice, I prefer the Apricot flavored one for these but plain would be great too

Sugar or Salt for the rim of your glass

1-2 shots of silver tequila

Recipe:

Slice peaches (I left the skin on mine) and place in blender. Press limes for juice and add juice into blender on top of the peaches. Add half a La Croix and a handful of ice, blend together for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Lightly line your glass with sugar or salt on the rim and add your preference of shots to the bottom of your cup, top with pureed mixture and garnish with a peach or strawberry. You should have enough puree to make two or three drinks, you can also add the tequila directly to the blender depending for larger portions.

*We had a little fun and added a couple strawberries the last time I made these and they were delicious as well, adding any complimentary fruit can change the flavor but give you a great summertime margarita so don’t be afraid to play with the recipe*

what is your favorite simple cocktail to craft from home? Comment below and let me know so I can indulge this summer!
